Halloween: The Game Perk Deck Builder

Plan the cards you want to draw as a Civilian. Record copies you own, choose their actual levels, fill 15 slots and check the two-copy limit before equipping in the game.

Choose the copies you own

Pick a card, enter its current level and record up to two usable copies at that level. This is a planning list, not your entire game collection.

51 / 51 names match these filters.

Selected card: Adrenaline

0 copies of level I in this deck; 0 of this card name across all levels. Temporary upgrades can expire, so recheck the level before equipping.

Faster stamina recovery.

Record another usable copy at this level before adding it.

Before you equip

Fill 15 more slots. An incomplete deck can bring in cards outside your plan.

Equipping a card does not activate it immediately. You still draw and select Perks during the match. This tool does not predict damage, draw odds or the best deck.

No cards in your plan yet. Record copies on the left, then add the cards you want to draw.

Why a valid deck still needs checking in the game

    1. Use your own card levels. Temporary upgrades expire after their displayed match allowance. A higher rarity is not a reason to assume a specific percentage or duration.
    2. Count the card name across levels. One level-I and one level-V copy fill the two-copy allowance for that name. They do not leave room for a third copy.
    3. Fill all 15 slots. The slot check helps keep draws within your intended deck. It does not promise which card the game will offer next.
    4. Equip the plan in Civilian Perks. This page saves manual notes. It does not connect to your game account or change your loadout. Michael uses abilities rather than a Civilian Perk deck.

For effects, roll costs and cards that behave differently across levels, read Perk cards and rolls. For a character's underlying stats, use the Loadout Lab. A character trait and a drawn Perk are different parts of the build.
