Is Halloween: The Game on Xbox — and is it on Game Pass?

Yes. On both consoles. Series X has a Performance Mode; Series S runs one graphics mode capped at 30 FPS. It is not on Game Pass.

Yes, on Xbox Series X|S. It is sold on the Xbox store at the same price as on the other platforms.

Game Pass is a different question, and the answer is no. The game is a $39.99 purchase on Xbox and no Game Pass release has been announced. Being on the Xbox store and being in the Game Pass library are separate things.

There is no Xbox One version. Like the PS5-only PlayStation release, the Xbox version is current-generation only.

Series X and Series S performance

Patch 1.0.4 was aimed squarely at Xbox. On Series X, the Performance Mode settings were adjusted to run better. On Series S, the Quality/Performance toggle is gone: there is now a single graphics mode, capped at 30 FPS, with better textures and hair physics switched on.

The same patch fixed a range of memory and GPU crashes on Series X|S, plus the crash when Loomis spawns in as a reinforcement (the cause was his hair). Crashes after finishing a Story Mission or while loading into a match were fixed on every platform. If Series S kept crashing on you before, it is worth another try.
