Halloween: The Game recordings: find the missing tape

Watch the story collectible routes

ALL 14 COLLECTIBLES LOCATIONS! | Halloween: The Game

TheUndeadMalice

There are 14 story recordings: 11 Loomis logs and recordings from Laurie, Nurse Chambers and the Sheriff. Their numbers are not chapter numbers. Log #1 is in Chapter 3; the Prologue contains #2 and #4.

Missing Log #11, Laurie or Nurse Chambers? Start with Chapter 5. The Sheriff recording belongs to Chapter 4.

Use the route above each chapter’s entries to see the approach and pickup. The first 2:49 of the video covers locations; the later sections play the recordings themselves and contain story spoilers.

Check your missing recordings

Your recording checklist

Chapter routes show locations. “Listen” jumps to the recording’s audio, not its pickup.

Where to check what you already have

  1. Open Graveyard, then Recordings. Compare the unlocked entries with the names in this checklist.
  2. Tick only the recordings you can actually play in the game. This page saves your own notes and does not read your account.
  3. Use the matching chapter’s location route, collect the missing tape, then check the in-game list again. Keep story challenge progress separately in the challenge tracker.

All recordings found, but Collector did not unlock?

Collector asks you to retrieve all story-mode collectible recordings. A full checklist on this website does not unlock the achievement. Compare all 14 entries in the game first, including the three named recordings.

An Xbox player has reported a full in-game collection without the achievement unlocking. No Collector-specific fix is confirmed. Keep a screenshot of your in-game collection, your platform and game version when contacting IllFonic support. Avoid deleting a save to try an unsupported workaround.

The 1.1.0 preview plans achievement and challenge fixes for the upcoming update, but does not name Collector or promise a specific fix. See known tracking problems and the achievement checklist for the wider picture.
