Halloween: The Game Chapter 4: all 6 challenges
Chapter 4 is the film. Its challenges walk through the Wallace House sequence beat by beat, and its sixth challenge asks you to perform the whole thing in order, which means the other five are effectively a rehearsal for it.
Two things trip people up. The Sheet only appears after Bob is dealt with, so the Lynda challenge cannot be done first. And the Annie challenge is a waiting game with a specific trigger, not something you can force.
Challenge 1Annie in the car
Goal: Kill Annie in her car.
She does not get into the car until she comes back to the Wallace House from the other house. Let her finish that loop, hide in the car while she is on her way back, and act when she gets in. Trying to rush this just resets her routine.
NPC routines
Challenge 2Pin Bob to the kitchen wall
Goal: Pin Bob to the wall in the kitchen.
Take him down and pin him there, or execute him against that wall directly. Either route satisfies it.
Challenge 3Sheet and telephone (Lynda)
Goal: Kill Lynda with the telephone while wearing the Sheet.
Order matters: the Sheet is in the bedroom and only appears after Bob is dealt with. Deal with Bob, collect and wear the Sheet, then use the telephone on Lynda.

Challenge 4Bloodthirsty execution
Goal: Take down a resident with a Bloodthirsty execution.
Bloodthirst has to be at Level 3 before the option exists. Grab a resident, hold the right mouse button or the equivalent controller input, then follow the prompts.

Challenge 5Stalk Bob and Lynda to Tier 3
Goal: Reach Tier 3 Stalk on both while they are in the living room.
They are occupied with each other, which gives you the time. If they notice you standing there, use the living-room closet — you can be inside before they arrive, or enter it from Shape Jump.

Challenge 6Recreate the 1978 sequence
Goal: Perform the whole Wallace House sequence in order.
Strangle Annie, stalk Bob and Lynda, pin Bob to the kitchen wall, wear the Sheet and use the telephone on Lynda, stage the bodies in the bedroom, let Laurie find the scene, then stalk her fully and let the story continue. This is the other five challenges in sequence, so clear them individually first.
Story mode difficulty runs Normal, Hard, Boogeyman. Nothing published indicates a challenge is gated behind a difficulty setting.
