Playable civilian

Alexis

Eight athleticism and a maxed personality, bought with the lowest capability shown anywhere: two.

Read on the numbers: The sharpest spread on the roster: highest athleticism and maxed personality, lowest capability.

About

Alexis is the second Digital Deluxe civilian and the most extreme build on the visible roster. Eight athleticism is the highest number in that column and ten personality ties Tanya Harrison at the cap — but two capability is the lowest single value shown on any character-select screen, civilian or otherwise.

The fiction places her at Strode Realty, working as an assistant to Mr. Strode after an attempt at modelling in the city did not work out. That ties her directly to the Strode residence, one of the named 1978 film locations the developers used as anchors when building the town.

Popular, Panic Contagion and Smooth Talker are her three traits — the only set on the roster where all three names point at the same axis, which lines up with the maxed personality.

Every civilian carries three signature traits, shown on the character-select screen next to their stats. They are separate from the perk deck, which is built from cards unlocked in the graveyard and is not tied to the character.

How to play Alexis

Alexis is the roster's clearest specialist: two capability and five resourcefulness mean she is not the civilian you send to finish work, and eight athleticism with maxed personality means she is the one you send to be seen and to move. Run her alongside Marcus Navarro rather than alongside Tanya Harrison — Tanya duplicates the personality and adds nothing Alexis lacks.

Across the 7 civilians whose stats are visible, Alexis’s four values total 25. Totals are not a power ranking — the game gives no indication that the four stats are weighted equally, and a maxed column is worth more than a spread if the thing it feeds is what your group is losing to. The Loadout Lab sorts every civilian by any single column so you can check that yourself.
